What we do
- Supplier Expediting : production tracking, bottleneck identification and recovery follow-up until delivery is protected.
- Source & Quality Inspection : visual and dimensional inspection, document review and pre-dispatch verification.
- Supplier Surveillance : process observation and milestone verification, with objective evidence.
- FAI / PPAP Support : readiness, document completeness and evidence review.
- NCR & Corrective Action Follow-up : containment, root cause and CAPA follow-up through to closure.
- Resident Engineer / Inspector : dedicated on-site representation for critical suppliers.
How it works:
- You share the supplier, PO/part and concern. We assign an engineer near the supplier, visit, report with evidence and actions, and follow up until closed.
